Professional Induction programme development opportunity
If you or anyone you know is interested in working with us on a short term piece of work (completion by 31 March 2022) to develop and pilot a Professional Induction programme, please email me kirsty.gemmell@cldstandardscouncil.org.uk by 1 October 2021.
The programme will introduce members of the CLDSC to the purpose and functions of the Council and what is expected of membership based on its professional standards. It will also provide an introduction to the process of professional learning and development and require participants to produce a professional learning and development plan drawing from the module processes and content.
