Service Delivery

CLD Standards Council is committed to ensuring that our services are open and available to all Scotland’s community learning development practitioners.

In line with the Equality Act 2010, we will strive to implement all reasonable requests for adjustment to meet the needs arising from a disability, or other protected characteristic, wherever possible.

Website

CLD Standards Council is committed to producing websites and resources which are readily accessible to all of its audience. We endeavour to provide text transcripts of all video and audio media. We are always keen to hear about ways we can improve the services we provide. If you are having any difficulties using this website, please phone us on 0141 282 5263 or email contact@cldstandardscouncil.org.uk.

We will evaluate this site on an ongoing basis and conduct a full internal review of our web accessibility plans on a bi-annual basis to ensure that we maintain and promote accessibility and to ensure that the site stays current and useful.

For an online guide that explains the various accessibility features provided by your web browser, visit the BBC’s My Web my Way. It provides tips on how to improve the ways that your browser displays visuals and text and how it can help you to fill in forms, use voice recognition and adapt your keyboard and mouse.
