Hi,

 We are keen to devise a collective policy on how we deal with absence in our High school, something written down that all staff can follow.

 As the youth worker in the High school I am working with both learners (pupils) and pastoral and suppoprt staff on what this should look like. 

It needs to be fit for purpose to meet the needs of all our learners.  I was enquiring if anyone has any experience or examples of absence policies/flowchats from thier schools that we could usea as a starting place.
