Articles Wanted: Developing support for young people's progression and learning
I am
focussing my current area of CPD on how youth work professionals can
take a more collaborative approach to support the progression and
learning of young people towards future employment.
I am keen to read any journals/articles which explore this area in more depth. My aim is to develop a youth media response to the needs of our young people against the backdrop of local and national progression and learning strategies.
This is in response to the Wood Commission's report on Developing Scotland's Young Workforce and an increasing requirement from funders to more effectively support the progression of young people towards further learning and employment.
Any reading or research you can point me towards will be much appreciated.
