Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of supporting a learner through this Development Log?  I would be interested to hear anyone's thoughts and any approaches they used, including alternative ways of submitting the evidence required for the Development Log Book if an individual has additional learning needs?  I am due to meet with the Training Officer from the local Fire Station next week but wanted to gather as much information as possible prior to this.
