Purpose / Aim:

ALMA comprises of leaders of Local Authority CLD Adult Learning provision, which includes representatives from Arm’s Length External Organisations (ALEOs) who deliver on behalf of the Local Authority.

ALMA  is a forum to help shape and influence community-based adult learning (CBAL) across Scotland. Based on a Community Learning and Development and social practice approach, learners will be at the centre of our work.
