Ongoing Professional Learning and Development and the Review Process in CLD

Everyone needs to continue their Professional Learning and development throughout their career. This applies whether you are full time, part time, voluntary, qualified or unqualified CLD practitioner.

The requirement to undertake regular professional learning and development is a key requirement of CLDSC membership. This is what enables you to remain as a Registered or Associate member of the CLD Standards Council. This activity invites you to think about different ways to progress your learning.

  3. The wheel will land on an opportunity. Make a note of ways that you would use this type of opportunity to progress your own professional learning.
    • When answering, say what the opportunity is, why it would help you progress your professional learning and ways you would achieve this.
    • You are welcome to spin the wheel more than once.
