Hi, im looking to purchase tablets for an Introduction to IT course we are running at one of the local community centres with an intended audience of adult learners.  Im thinking about going down the route of an android tablet, such as the Tesco hudl, which learners may feel able to purchase for themselves after the course.  I just wondered if anyone has been using tablets for their Intro to IT courses and what their experiences have been? Did you have to purchase any software for the tablets and how did you manage the security side of things?
