Hi All,

I was looking at our current Equal Opportunities form and realised that it was basically for adults.

How do you ask or not, the question about sexuality/gender? I would be really interested to see examples of how other so this.

We have a standardised corporate questionnaire that is used for all, both internal and external consultations, contact etc.
